First Recon’s contribution to the Pohang Guerilla Hunt supported all three of the Division’s objectives. Constant and aggressive patrolling of the Main Supply Route denied the enemy the opportunity to disrupt critical traffic. Roadblocks, perhaps the greatest nuisance caused by the guerillas, were often found the morning after they were set up and were removed right away.
